IT Consultant

This is a newly created position for an Infrastructure Architect to join a nationwide technology firm in their Presales Consultant team. Based in Dorking but with hybrid working, this role pays circa £85,000.

This is an excellent opportunity for an IT Consultant with architecture experience to work as a subject matter expert across various IT infrastructure vendors (including but not limited to) – Microsoft, IBM, Dell, Cisco, Fortinet, VMWare, Veeam, and RedHat Linux.

Working with the Client Managers, you will engage with customers to discuss technical solutions to their requirements. This role is a pure presales architect role that will see you handing over to the team of IT Engineers to carry out the physical hands-on work.

Your area of IT expertise will include servers, networks, cloud, and storage, and you will be responsible for providing solution configuration recommendations, proof of concepts, statement of work, architectural diagrams, quotes, and schedules.

My client is based in Dorking and offers hybrid working. This role pays circa £85,000 and will give you the chance to work with some exciting clients using the latest technologies.
