Your Mission
As IT Director, you will spearhead the development and execution of a modern IT strategy aligned with our ambitious growth plans. You'll consolidate systems, drive efficiency through automation and AI, and ensure they are technically primed for successful mergers and acquisitions.

• Drive Systems Consolidation - Integrate diverse systems for efficiency, security, and a single source of truth.
• Innovate with Automation & AI - Leverage emerging tech to optimize operations and reduce costs.
• Lead Critical IT Projects - From concept to completion, deliver high-impact projects on time and within budget.
• Prepare for M&A Activity - Ensure IT systems are ready for due diligence, acquisition, and integration.
• Inspire & Lead - Build and mentor a high-performing IT team and establish clear governance and security policies.

About You

• Proven IT leadership experience, ideally within high-growth or PE-backed environments.
• Strong expertise in system integration, digital transformation, automation, and AI.
• Hands-on experience in M&A readiness, including IT due diligence and post-acquisition integration.
• Excellent communicator and strategic thinker with a knack for simplifying complex ideas.
• Passionate about technology and driven by innovation and results.
