Nigel Frank are supporting a well established business, who are looking for an experienced IT leader to oversee strategy, systems, and operations across the organisation's technology landscape. This role ensures IT infrastructure and services are secure, efficient, and aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate blends technical knowledge with strategic leadership to drive innovation, resilience, and compliance.

The successful candidate must have an on site presence 5 days a week, in their office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead IT strategy aligned with business objectives.

• Manage IT infrastructure, systems, and application life cycle.

• Direct and support IT team performance and development.

• Oversee IT budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships.

• Ensure cybersecurity, compliance, and disaster recovery readiness.

• Identify and implement technologies that enhance business operations.

• Establish governance to maintain scalable and secure systems.

• Monitor technology trends and advise on strategic adoption.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (Master's preferred).

• 10+ years in IT, including 5+ in leadership roles.

• Strong background in infrastructure, cybersecurity, and ERP systems - Dynamics 365 preferred.

• Proficient in IT architecture, cloud, enterprise applications, and compliance standards.

• Skilled in project management and service frameworks (e.g., ITIL).

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
