MERITUS are working with a growing Systems Integration Consultancy based in Stone, Staffordshire, they're looking for an experienced IT Engineer to join assisting on a variety of IT projects in addition to providing 2nd / 3rd line support to their growing team.

This role is a great opportunity for an experienced 2nd line support engineer looking to move to a project / infrastructure engineering position. To be successful you will need strong experience supporting Windows desktop / server technologies (Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Exchange, Windows Server, VMware).

The role is based in Stone & they operate hybrid working with 2 / 3 days per week in the office.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the delivery of IT projects (software / hardware updates, rollouts, server upgrades, migrations etc).
• Providing 2nd / 3rd line desktop / Infrastructure support on Windows based technologies (Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Exchange, Windows Server, VMware).
• Adhering to agreed SLA's, escalating issues where appropriate.

Skills Required:

• Experience supporting Windows Desktop / Server Infrastructure (Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Exchange, Windows Server, VMware).
• Exposure to working on & delivering IT projects.
• Experience working within an ITIL based service desk environment.
• Basic Networking experience.
