We're on the lookout for a highly skilled Senior IT Support & Project Engineer to join our expanding Technical Support Team. This role is more than just support, it's about leading projects, designing solutions, and making a real impact for customers across the UK.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Technical Support - Provide expert remote & on site support for clients, ensuring smooth operations.
* Project Implementation - Work closely with the Project Delivery Manager to plan, design, and execute IT projects.
* Incident Management - Act as an escalation point for major incidents, working collaboratively to resolve critical issues.
* Proactive IT Monitoring - Identify potential issues before they impact customers and recommend improved solutions.
* Customer Excellence - Deliver outstanding customer service, keeping clients updated and ensuring seamless IT performance.
* Continuous Learning - Stay ahead of the curve with research, testing, and professional development in emerging technologies.
* Documentation & Knowledge Sharing - Contribute to internal knowledge bases and best practices to support the team.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

? 3+ years of experience in a technical support role, with server project experience.
? Strong communication skills - confident in customer-facing situations.
? Self-motivated & adaptable - able to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
? Excellent troubleshooting & problem-solving abilities.
? A proactive mindset - able to manage workloads, prioritise effectively, and work under pressure.
? A full, clean UK driving license - this role includes occasional travel.

Technical Skills We're Looking For:

?? Operating Systems: Windows 10/11, Windows Server (2012, 2016, 2019, 2022).
?? Infrastructure & Networking: Active Directory, Group Policy, Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti, Hyper-V.
? Cloud & Collaboration: Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams.
? Network Security & Firewall Configuration.
?? Server Migrations & Installations.

Desirable Certifications:

If you hold certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, MCITP, or CCNA, that's a huge plus! However, a strong technical mindset and proven experience are just as valuable.
