Key Responsibilities:

• Onboarding new employees by setting up workstations, user accounts, and ensuring they have the necessary tools and access to succeed.
• Managing employee departures, including revoking access, retrieving company assets, and overseeing the offboarding process.
• Performing regular maintenance tasks, responding to emergency issues, and keeping security systems up-to-date and robust.
• Assisting with IT-related issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
