About Us
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic IT Help Desk Technician to join our clients successful team.

Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for internal users with IT-related questions and issues.
Respond to inquiries via email, phone, online chat, and in person.
Provide clear and concise explanations of IT products and services.
Guide users through troubleshooting steps to resolve hardware and software problems.
Follow up with users to ensure their satisfaction with the service provided.
Communicate user feedback and any identified IT needs to the IT Manager.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding users, including system setup.
Conduct daily system checks, including backups, system updates, and other related tasks.

Essential Criteria
2-3 years of experience working as an IT Help Desk Technician or in a similar user support role.
Experience working in a Microsoft 365 based environment is highly preferred.
Hold an HNC/HND, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification (or higher) with a strong focus on ICT
Full UK Drivers Licence
