We are currently seeking Dutch Speaking Service Desk Advisers to provide first-line IT support to external clients. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach and an interest in technology. Full training will be provided , making this role suitable for both experienced support advisers and candidates looking to develop their career within IT support. The Details Location: Peterborough Hours: 37.5 hours per week, between 7am – 7pm, with flexible shift rotation and occasional weekends Pay Rate: £14.22 per hour Start Date: Immediate Contract: Temporary to Permanent What's on Offer Competitive hourly pay of £14.22 per hour Overtime opportunities paid at time and a half Full training and ongoing support Weekly pay Career progression within a growing IT team Temp of the Month reward vouchers Opportunity to develop your IT support and customer service skills Key Responsibilities Providing first-line IT support to external customers via telephone and email Supporting Dutch-speaking customers professionally and effectively Logging, tracking and accurately updating support tickets Troubleshooting basic hardware, software and network-related issues Escalating more complex technical issues where required Guiding customers through step-by-step technical solutions Maintaining accurate support documentation and knowledge base records Working collaboratively with colleagues within the service desk Supporting continuous improvement across the service desk Providing a consistently high level of customer service and building positive client relationships The Ideal Candidate Fluent in Dutch , both written and spoken Strong English communication skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Organised, reliable and methodical in your approach Previous call centre, customer service or technical support experience is beneficial Previous IT support experience is advantageous but not essential Comfortable troubleshooting basic technical issues Confident communicating with customers by telephone and email Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment A genuine interest in technology and developing a career in IT support If you are Dutch-speaking , enjoy helping customers and are interested in developing your career within IT support, we would love to hear from you.
