I'm recruiting for an onsite IT Helpdesk Support role within the education sector in Nuneaton on a short-term contract with an immediate start.

Rate: £17.00 - £20.00 per hour

Requirements:

Previous IT Helpdesk / 1st Line Support experience
Strong knowledge of Windows and Office 365
Experience with helpdesk/ticketing systems
Active Directory experience desirable
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Education sector experience preferred
