IT Infrastructure Analyst

We are looking for an ICT Infrastructure Engineer to join our clients' dynamic team, to help support and transform our infrastructure environments.

Description

• Provide day-to-day operational support for on-premise and cloud-hosted server environments and networks.
• Participate in the design and implementation of new IT processes and policies.
• Support change control, testing, and deployment of infrastructure services.
• Act as a 3rd line support, troubleshooting complex issues.
• Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure high levels of service delivery.
• Maintain IT security at all times and assist in the upkeep of security accreditations.

Profile

• At least 5 years of experience in an Infrastructure Services role.
• Strong expertise in IaaS (Windows/Linux), Azure networking, monitoring and alerting, Azure AD/Local AD, Windows Server, and PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with SAN Storage (HPE Nimble), SD-WAN, and high availability failover clustering.
• Familiarity with AWS, Palo Alto Firewalls, Microsoft Intune, and Zscaler VPN is a plus.
• IT-related degree and certifications (Microsoft O365/Azure Administrator, CCNA, ITIL Foundation).
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
