Our client, a prestigious firm in the SaaS sector, is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer with 2-3 years+ at the 3rd Line level to join their innovative IT team. Requirements:

Person Specification: Personable, Confident, Someone that can take the initiative, Honest and Willing to learn.

Skills set:
Windows 10 OS’s (macOS, Linux Desirable)
Strong administration skills around Office 365 suite.
Skills with Windows Server technologies, including Microsoft Hyper-V and/or VMware.
Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft O365 platform services.
Windows PowerShell or other scripting languages.
Knowledge of networking, connectivity, VPN technologies, and firewalls.
Hands-on knowledge across the range of procedures used with IT hardware and software.
Microsoft Intune or other MDM tools.
MS DPM, Azure backups, and other backup solutions.
Ticketing solutions / Incident Resolution.
Demonstrable documentation skills (reports, policies, procedures, workflows).

Desirable qualifications: ITIL v4, MCSE, CCNA/CCNP, Prince2/Agile and ISO 27001 knowledge. (If not this can be taught).
