IT Infrastructure Manager

Your new role

Our client is looking for an experienced Team Leader or IT Manager to develop the current team members' cloud-based knowledge and lead the cloud service function across the business.

They have successfully migrated their infrastructure from an on-prem environment to predominantly Azure, and they're seeking a candidate with extensive knowledge and work experience in this space.

This is an exciting time to join - you will be joining to embrace their cloud services whilst leading a number of pipeline projects to continuously enhance our clients' core infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evolve Design and Architecture: Oversee and manage Azure and on-premises infrastructure.
• Provide Technical Leadership: Guide engineers and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Ensure Compliance: Maintain industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Oversee Projects: Manage infrastructure-related projects from inception to completion.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven Experience: Designing, managing, and maintaining Azure and on-premises infrastructure.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate, manage performance, and foster professional development.
• Technical Expertise: Strong background in cloud computing, networking, and infrastructure management.
