Are you an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist with strong knowledge of enterprise hardware, middleware, and communications platforms, looking for a varied and impactful role supporting a multi-site European operation?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, international business where you'll support, design, and enhance the core infrastructure for critical systems across Europe-offering technical depth, responsibility, and exposure to a wide range of technologies.

Operating across five international sites, our client delivers centralised ICT services supporting operations in multiple European countries.
This role sits at the heart of their infrastructure team, working across storage, servers, networking, and standard operating software to ensure performance, stability, and business continuity.

You'll take ownership of cross-site infrastructure projects, provide second-line support, and contribute to both day-to-day operations and long-term architectural planning-all while working with a highly skilled and collaborative team.

The role:

• Support and deliver infrastructure projects across middleware, server, networking, and communications platforms
• Ensure reliable and efficient operation of ICT systems through monitoring, change management, and documentation
• Provide second-line support and proactive issue resolution across 5+ international sites
• Travel across Europe as needed to support on-site requirements and project delivery

The person:

• Bachelor's-level IT education and several years of relevant infrastructure experience
• Strong knowledge of enterprise hardware, middleware, and communications software
• Structured, proactive, and service-oriented, with good organisational skills
• Confident communicator in English; German language skills are a plus
