In this role the suitable candidate will expected to be the main internal point of contact for key company software, such as Microsoft SQL and Power BI. You must provide technical support, and guidance, to all employees and troubleshoot hardware issues.

The Role:

• 8:45 - 5 Monday - Friday
• Be the main point of contact for key company software
• Assist employees in the troubleshooting of any issues they may be facing
• Remain informed on industry leading technology to keep the company at the forefront of software
• Implement IT security strategy to ensure a safe online working environment for employees
• Be a part of the management team and attend interdepartmental meetings
  

The Person:

• Experience as an IT Engineer or Coordinator
• Experience with Microsoft SQL and Power BI
