Job Title: IT Manager

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

Location: Birmingham - Hybrid

Are you a tech-savvy professional who thrives on making IT systems work seamlessly across a business? We're looking for a hands-on IT Manager to join our team at Group level

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Acting as the go-to lead for all things IT and telephony across the business.
• Overseeing and maintaining records of all IT assets across the Group.
• Managing and supporting the performance of key systems, including our CRM and E-training platforms.
• Working closely with the COO to ensure smooth day-to-day tech operations—no coding required, just solid technical understanding.

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone technically confident and platform-savvy, who understands how different systems interact.
• A natural organiser who can keep track of hardware, software, and licenses.
• Not a developer, but someone with enough IT know-how to manage and troubleshoot platforms.
