IT Manager

Are you a hands-on IT leader ready to take charge of a full-scale IT overhaul? We’re looking for an experienced IT Manager to modernise outdated and insecure systems, transforming them into a secure, scalable, and future-proof environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Audit and document entire IT infrastructure.

• Lead the upgrade from legacy hardware and software to cutting-edge solutions.

• Design and implement a secure, segmented network and modern server environment.

• Drive the migration from Exchange 2016 to Microsoft 365 and transition key services to Azure/cloud platforms.

• Implement robust cybersecurity measures including MFA, encryption, and monitoring tools.

• Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

• Build and lead a small IT team, establish policies, and improve operational efficiency.

• Manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee procurement.

• Create a 3-5 year IT roadmap aligned with business goals.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience leading IT infrastructure transformations.

• Expert knowledge of Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Azure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange).

• Strong network design and cybersecurity skills, with GDPR compliance experience.

• Cloud migration expertise.

• Experience with disaster recovery and backup strategies.

• Leadership skills to manage and grow a small team.

• Excellent planning, documentation, and communication abilities.

Nice to Have:

• Microsoft Azure or Microsoft 365 certifications.

• CompTIA Security+ or equivalent.

• ITIL Foundation or service management knowledge.

• Project management certifications (PRINCE2 or similar).
