As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our clients IT operations. You will manage a team of IT professionals, implement technology solutions, and ensure the reliability and security of our IT infrastructure. This role involves hands on technical support and management of IT resources. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, and an understanding of network systems,
telecommunications,
and hardware/software management preferably within a hotel/hospitality environment. You will play a critical role in ensuring that the IT environment is efficient, secure, and aligned with the evolving needs of our business.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations. Infrastructure Management: Oversee the maintenance, enhancement, and optimization of the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services. Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure the delivery of efficient and cost-effective technology solutions. Security and Compliance: Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures to protect company data and systems. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget, controlling costs and allocating resources effectively. Project Management: Lead IT projects from planning through execution, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. User Support: Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues in a timely manner. Technology Evaluation: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, evaluate their potential benefits, and recommend their adoption where appropriate. Documentation: Maintain detailed records, documentation, and reports related to IT systems, processes, and changes.
