We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on IT Manager / Infrastructure Managerto join a fast-paced aviation organisation based in Oxford. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step into a broad and impactful role, working across cloud-based systems, cybersecurity, and IT operations.

The IT Manager / Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day IT operations across multiple sites, supporting internal systems and users, and ensuring the smooth operation of cloud infrastructure. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll take ownership of Microsoft 365 administration, network management, and cyber compliance.

This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge and a passion for digital transformation, who’s keen to drive innovation and support a growing organisation.
