We're seeking a technically adept IT Manager to own and evolve our IT operations, leading a high-performing team in delivering secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone with a strong engineering background who thrives on solving complex challenges, driving modernization, and implementing best-in-class solutions across cloud, networking, and enterprise systems.

You'll oversee day-to-day IT operations - from infrastructure and cloud environments (Azure/AWS) to endpoint management and cybersecurity, manage vendors and budgets, ensure system security and compliance, and play a key role in strategic IT planning. You'll also act as an escalation point for complex issues while coaching junior team members and collaborating with other departments to align tech with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of internal IT operations: infrastructure, end-user support, and system administration
• Maintain and improve systems including servers, networks, Office 365, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
• Drive IT transformation initiatives, including migrations, automation, and security posture improvements

Requirements

• IT leadership experience from a similar role
• Deep technical expertise across cloud platforms, networking, system security, and enterprise tools (e.g., Intune, AD, Office 365)
• Strong understanding of IT best practices, automation, and modern DevOps principles
• Ability to manage projects, prioritize effectively, and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
