IT Manager - Online Gaming - London Chinese Speakers

What you'll do:

• Works independently on site in London office, responsible for managing day-to-day IT operations across Front, Middle, and Back Office systems
• Maintain system reliability, ensure network security, and uphold compliance with UK Gambling Commission standards
• Drive IT projects, system enhancements, and vendor relationships to support efficient casino operations
• Deliver regular operational reports with insights and actionable recommendations for senior management
• Collaborate with business units to align technology solutions with organisational goals

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of IT operations experience, preferably within the casino, gaming, or financial services sector.
• Solid expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working in multicultural teams
• Willing to provide remote support to the team during weekends when necessary
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is mandatory
• Sponsorship is not available for this role
