IT & Network Support Specialist
Scunthorpe – Site Based Mon – Friday
Full-Time, Permanent
£40,000 - £45,000 + benefits

Elevation IT are exclusively partnering with one of our clients, a well-established manufacturing business in Scunthorpe to find an experienced IT & Network Support Specialist. This role offers a unique blend of IT and Operational Technology (OT) support with a strong emphasis on network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Support IT, OT and network systems (VLANs, DHCP, switch config, patching).
• Maintain site CCTV, access control systems, wireless APs and local servers.
• Manage service tickets (Caretaker SMAX) and ensure SLA compliance.
• Provide 1st/2nd line user support and act as a key IT contact for operations.
• Assist with vendor coordination, documentation and project work.
• Occasional UK/international travel – full UK driving licence required.

We are keen to speak with IT Network professionals with the following skills & experience:

• BA/BSc in IT or related field
• CCNA certification & Cisco/Meraki experience
• Hands-on VLAN, DHCP, STP config & local VM knowledge
• Strong desktop support & Microsoft 365 skills
• ITIL, SCADA/PLC, Azure, CCTV/Access Control experience (desirable)
