The Position :
Ennov is recruiting an IT and Network Support Technician, based in St Neots (Cambs).

The IT and Network Support Technician is in charge of running the company's information system, taking into account business needs and expectations. They are responsible for the deployment and maintenance of workstations, user support and applications.

Main responsibilities:
You will be responsible for :
Administration of work stations and software, and the creation / updating of associated documents.
User support.
M365 / Azure Active Directory administration
IT & Network documentation.
Participation in IS security-related projects.

Skills and experience required (in order of priority):
At least 5 years of prior experience as an IT and Network Support Technician.
Excellent interpersonal skills and fluency in English.
Windows OS
M365 / Azure Active Directory
Network management.

Additional knowledge / experience that would be an advantage :
Security
Scripting
Intune
MDM
Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint...).
