As the IT Procurement Manager, you will lead end-to-end procurement processes, from strategy development and vendor negotiations to contract management and budget oversight. You will act as a trusted partner across the business, ensuring we source the right solutions at the right price, while maintaining high standards of compliance, security, and service.

What you will be doing:

• Develop procurement strategy aligned with business goals and IT project needs

• Manage vendor relationships, from selection to performance evaluation

• Lead client-facing procurement cycles, ensuring smooth ordering and delivery

• Negotiate contracts for software, hardware, cloud services, and consultancy

• Source IT products and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance

• Ensure adherence to policies, regulations, and cybersecurity requirements

• Manage procurement budgets, monitor spend, and identify cost-saving opportunities

• Collaborate with internal teams including Service Desk, PMO, and Finance to track IT assets

• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and align procurement plans

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience (2-3 years) in an IT procurement or similar role

• Managed Service Provider (MSP) background

• Strong negotiation and contract management skills

• Solid understanding of Microsoft Licensing, Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program, and CSP models

• Familiar with procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Coupa

• Knowledge of IT hardware, software, and licensing processes

• Awareness of cybersecurity and data privacy in vendor agreements

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Detail-focused with a practical, analytical mindset

• Professional certification such as CIPS Level 2 or CPSM is essential
