IT Project Manager

Would you like to support UK critical infrastructure and keep it safe? This is an opportunity for an IT Project Manager to join a highly respected MSP. They specialise in building and managing high-security IT environments. This includes everything from secure networks and remote site connectivity to facial recognition systems and 24/7 monitoring. Their approach is all about performance and trust—they don’t just install tech and walk away. They test it, monitor it, and make sure it works flawlessly from day one.

We are looking for an IT Project Manager who has experience leading large-scale projects (typically £1M+) for energy/utilities clients, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple complex projects end-to-end.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients.
• Monitor budgets, risks, and project KPIs.
• Ensure clear, proactive communication with stakeholders.
• Oversee Health & Safety in hazardous environments.

About you:

• 5+ years managing large infrastructure projects.
• Strong commercial and technical background.
• Skilled in project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Prince2).
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Project.
• Excellent communicator and highly organised.
• Commercially savvy and detail-oriented.
• Calm under pressure, and proactive.
• Willing to travel as needed for project delivery.

The HQ for this role is based in Leeds although there will be travel across the UK.
