IT Project Manager

Job Title: IT Project Manager – Permanent Position
Location: Hatfield, Hertfordshire (Hybrid Working Available)

Are you an experienced IT Project Manager with a background in highly regulated environments? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Project Manager to lead and deliver business-critical IT projects across the EMEA region.

As the IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalising IT projects in alignment with defined scope, timelines, and budgets. You’ll coordinate internal teams and third-party partners, ensuring high-quality delivery and strong stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

• Lead the delivery of IT and business system projects, particularly in GxP-regulated environments.
• Define project objectives, manage resources, and oversee execution to ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to meet project goals.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with senior managers and directors.
• Utilise project management tools such as MS Planner, MS Project, Monday.com, JIRA, or Trello.

• Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, Scrum Master).
• Proven experience managing IT projects in GxP or similarly regulated environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with PMO governance and project delivery frameworks.
• Experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, aerospace, or energy sectors is a plus.
