MERITUS are working with an expanding Systems Integration Consultancy based in Stone, Staffordshire. They're searching for an experienced IT Project Manager to join their Digital Transformation team.

If successful you will join an experienced team working on a variety of Digital Transformation projects for a diverse range of clients in the Energy, Nuclear & utilities industries. You will take full ownership of the project from conception through to delivery & work closely with the Engineering teams to ensure project guidelines & deadlines are being met.

To be successful you will need strong experience delivering a variety of IT & Business change projects (Systems, Software Development, Cyber Security etc) ideally with exposure to large scale digital transformation projects. You will also need experience managing projects within the Agile framework.

The role is based in Stone, Staffordshire & the company operate a hybrid working model with 3 days per week in the office & 2 days a week from home.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple IT, Digital, and Cyber Security projects, ensuring delivery to scope, time, and budget.
• Define project plans, manage resources, and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet project goals.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies as appropriate to manage project lifecycles.
• Monitor and manage project risks, changes, and financials, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and security standards.
• Produce high-quality documentation and reports, while maintaining strong client relationships to support ongoing business growth.

Required Skills:

• Proven project management experience, preferably in IT systems, Digital transformation, or Cyber Security. A technical background would be highly desirable.
• Strong organisational and planning skills, capable of managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects to agreed timelines and standards.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to identify and manage technical and financial risks early.
