WHAT SUCCESS IN THE ROLE LOOKS LIKE

Within your first 12 months, you will have:

* Successfully delivered a portfolio of strategic projects

* Built credibility with senior stakeholders, and implemented improvements that enhance operational performance, customer outcomes and business efficiency.

* Become recognised as a trusted delivery partner, bringing together diverse teams, navigating complexity and ensuring project achieve their intended outcomes.

ABOUT YOU

We're looking for an ambitious person with a proven record of success and with:

* Proven project management experience delivering multiple projects from inception to implementation

* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

* Experience managing budgets, risks, resources and project governance

* Ability to influence at all levels and drive projects to successful outcomes

* PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent qualification desirable

* Experience of technology, operational improvement or business change projects would be advantageous
