The Project Manager Role:

• My client, a leading organisation in Nottingham, is looking for a skilled IT Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
• You'll take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, ensuring successful implementation of Salesforce solutions that drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

• Lead and manage Salesforce projects from inception to completion
• Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and objectives
• Oversee risk management, budgets, and resource allocation
• Ensure alignment with business goals and best practices
• Champion Agile and Waterfall methodologies where appropriate
• Potential for future growth and development to Senior as the team grows

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager delivering Salesforce projects - this is essential
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to navigate complex project landscapes with multiple moving parts
• Financial Services experience is highly desirable but not mandatory
• Hold relevant professional project management qualifications such as PMP, Prince 2 etc
