IT Project Senior Technology Lead

• Oversee the platform, day to day requests, long term projects, and strategy of the team
• Eliminate waste in the SDLC process.
• Ensure your platform is fully compliant to Citi’s compliance, security and audit policies
• Ensure system stability through enhancement/maintenance periods
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards

  
  Qualifications:

  • Significant relevant experience_ managing Consent order technology regulatory projects
  • Experience with Function as a Service platforms.
  • Proven experience working through the full product cycle from initial design to the final product
  • Experience working with streaming data architectures
  • Experience with designing and deploying container-based services
  • Ability to engage and work closely with stakeholders from partner technology, business and operations
  • Ability to develop good working relationships with peer groups and management
  • Ability to distribute / allocate work within the team depending on project complexity and resource availability
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities efficiently
  • Ability to work with minimum of supervision and deliver work on target
  • Strong communication skills. Articulate in both written and verbal communication
  • Good negotiation skills and an accomplished solution provider and problem solver
  • Experience on Agile Methodology
  • Technology development experience

  Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree in computer science/engineering/mathematics or equivalent experience
  • Master’s degree in computer science/engineering/mathematics is preferred
