Our client is a global IT & Telecoms provider; you will be working with your own B2B clients to provide them with the best solutions within an allocated geographical area. Sales training & ongoing supplier training will give you the tools to succeed.
You will be working within a modern and engaging environment in newly refurbished offices - this company work hard but also play hard. The role will become hybrid following initial training with the option to WFH 2 days per week.
Our client will provide full training so previous sales experience is not a requirement, but you must demonstrate a driven and entrepreneurial nature. This role would suit someone with ambition, a competitive nature and desire to succeed.
Key duties and responsibilities for the role:
Manage your own desk and portfolio of clients. Outreach & prospecting - cold calling, emails, social media & LinkedIn, and outside the box techniques. Supporting new and existing customers by identifying sales opportunities. Finding IT & Telecomm solutions to meet customer requirements. Increasing existing client base and establishing strong relationships. Using the CRM system to plan your working week efficiently, managing client visits daily and weekly. Organising your own diary when arranging customer visits, either in-person or via Teams.
Key skills and experience required:
Self-motivated with a positive attitude Excellent communication and organisational skills and a team-oriented mindset Good academic record - educated to degree level, or good A-Level results with some relevant experience.
