POST- Recruitment is proud to be exclusively partnering with a long-established and highly respected boutique Managed Service Provider (MSP) as they enter their next exciting phase of growth.

With over 20 years of proven success, outstanding customer satisfaction, and enduring client relationships, our client delivers comprehensive IT solutions—from infrastructure and virtualisation to engineering services and responsive help-desk support.

They’re now looking for a IT Sales Executive to join their close-knit team and drive new business opportunities while nurturing long-term client partnerships.

?? The Role:

As a IT Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in expanding the client base while ensuring that existing customers continue to receive first-class service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to new and prospective business clients via outbound calling and networking

  • Promote the full range of IT services including hardware, software, managed services, and technical support

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities, nurturing them through the sales pipeline

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers

  • Work closely with sales and technical teams to tailor solutions that meet specific client needs

  • Maintain CRM data accurately to ensure visibility of all sales activity and pipeline

?? About You:

You will be a driven, results-focused IT sales professional, ideally with experience in the MSP, Reseller, or Telecoms space.

You’ll bring:

  • A strong background in B2B sales, ideally in IT managed services

  • A consultative, relationship-focused sales approach

  • Confidence in identifying and developing new business opportunities

  • Outstanding communication and listening skills

  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a hunger to exceed targets

  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage and prioritise your own pipeline
