About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to join this global financial services company. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of IT services, maintaining high standards of performance, and driving operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT service management, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes to minimize disruptions.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors, ensuring service quality and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging best practices and industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and risk management policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT service delivery.

What We’re Looking For
-Proven experience in IT service delivery.

-Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and service management best practices.

-ITIL v3 Foundation accreditation or equivalent.

-Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

-Ability to manage complex projects and drive performance improvements.

-Familiarity with cloud computing, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives.

-Proficient in using service management software and tools.
