As we continue our exciting growth journey, we are seeking a IT Service Delivery Manager to play a crucial role in developing our technical services team and operational processes.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role, with the successful candidate being responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day IT operations and service management. They will work closely with senior management and external stakeholders to ensure effective IT service delivery, manage escalations, and implement IT service improvement plans. Additionally, they will manage IT resources, monitor system performance, and ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

Qualifications
IT Service Delivery, IT Operations, and IT Service Management skills
Information Technology and IT Management experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Experience in managing IT projects and teams
ITIL certification is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
