My client, a leading global bank is looking for a Service Design & Introduction Lead to support a major transformation programme focused on service readiness, governance, and operational resilience.
Key responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end Service Design & Introduction for new and changed services Ensure services are fully operationally ready, supportable, and compliant ahead of go-live Define and govern Service Design Packages (SDPs), SLAs, support models, and readiness criteria Act as the bridge between delivery teams and BAU operations Run service readiness reviews and go/no-go decisions with senior stakeholders Embed consistent SD&I processes, standards, and governance frameworksKey requirements:
Strong experience in Service Design & Transition / Introduction (ITIL) Background in financial services or regulated environments Experience delivering within large-scale transformation programmes Strong stakeholder management across Technology, Risk, and Business Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
