They are excited to recruit for this role and appoint an IT Service Desk Supervisor.
You will be part of their IT & Systems Transformation Team in their People, Digital and Change directorate and play a key role in shaping their future.
What you'll be doing
The successful candidate will join their IT Service Delivery team at an exciting time, as they look to adopt a proactive service partnering approach to engage with their customers, colleagues and stakeholders to a high standard.
You will be working within the IT Operations Department to ensure an outstanding customer focused IT support service is delivered to their work colleagues and customers. You will ensure the smooth day to day running of their IT Services to resolve technical issues and support the service desk whilst working with a multi-functional IT Team to ensure that service levels are met and identify any opportunities to optimise and improve IT Services.

You will be experienced in providing IT support in a similar size organisation, with a track record in continually exceeding customer service expectations and resolving 1st/2nd line issues.
You will have a strong technical background to support a wide variety of Microsoft based technologies and business systems in a fast-paced environment. You will be solution focused with a can-do approach to proactively deliver IT Support services.
You will be able to understand business goals and vision and align IT service support frameworks to enhance and achieve them consistently.
You will have experience working within a team to encourage & support development and also making sure processes are followed to a high standard.

When and where you'll be doing it
You will enjoy a 37-hour working week, earning an annual salary of circa £42,000 per annum dependent upon your knowledge, skills and experience.
Their head office is in central Maidstone and is a new, modern and bright space which inspires creativity and innovation, this will be main place of work for the role.
This role is primarily office based with a rota to cover the business hours of 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday.
