About the Role

We're looking for an experienced IT Specialist with strong SharePoint expertise to join our close-knit team. You'll consult with clients, support Microsoft 365 environments, lead SharePoint migrations, and deliver smart, scalable solutions across varied projects. Every day is different-and we love it that way.

What You'll Do

• Provide expert SharePoint support-troubleshooting, configuring, and managing online environments
• Supporting network related issues and projects
• Deliver tailored solutions for SharePoint intranets, workflows, and permissions structures
• Support wider Microsoft 365 services (Teams, OneDrive, Exchange, Intune, Azure AD)
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide ongoing guidance
• Contribute to exciting IT projects across infrastructure, security, and cloud services
• Help shape best practices and documentation in a consultancy-style, collaborative setting

What You'll Bring

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint Online
• Proven understanding of Microsoft 365 administration
• Familiarity with migration tools like ShareGate, SPMT, or Migration Manager
• Working knowledge of Azure AD, Intune, or other M365 ecosystem tools
• Experience consulting with clients, gathering requirements, and providing technical leadership
• A team-player mindset and a passion for solving problems through smart tech
