IT Supply Chain Executive

You'll engage with a wide variety of contacts both internally and externally, providing you with invaluable exposure to multiple areas of the business. Whether you're working with suppliers, sales teams, or operations, you'll be at the core of our company's thriving supply chain.

What You'll Be Doing

• Commercial Responsibility: Take charge of tracking and collecting rebates to ensure they are accurate and paid promptly.
• Onboarding New Suppliers: Oversee the full onboarding process for new suppliers, from assessing requirements to completing the application process.
• Reporting: Analyze procurement trends using internal reporting tools to drive informed decisions.
• Promote Best Practices: Drive the adoption of preferred supplier routes across the business.
• Inbox Management: Support the internal sales team by managing a busy inbox and providing timely responses.
• Supply Chain Management: Collaborate with both UK and multinational supply chains to drive efficiency and growth.
• Growth Opportunities: This role offers the potential for career progression, with opportunities to move into Supplier Development and Performance Management roles as you develop.

What We Need From You

• Previous experience in Procurement, Operations or Sourcing
• A natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure the best outcomes.
• Experience running reports and analysing data, particularly with Excel.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• A solid understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
