IT Support Analyst – job opportunity
Salary: £23k - £27k + Benefits
Location: Denbighshire, North Wales (Hybrid)

Our client, based in Denbighshire, North Wales, is a software-led business, now looking to recruit an IT Support Analyst to join their engineering team and support with their SaaS based platform.

This role involves resolving end-user technical requests and managing incidents to minimise business impact.

IT Support Analyst background–

Prior experience in a desktop/technical support environment
Experience in documenting and knowledge sharing is important.
Customer-focused approach
Testing of IT system upgrades
Experience in managing databases
Must be a strong team player.

IT Support Analyst key responsibilities & skills:

Assisting on the support desk to resolve IT issues and support business operations.
Being resourceful and capable of solving complex problems.
Enthusiastic about helping clients, understanding their problems with empathy, and devising solutions.
Strong communication and customer engagement skills to thoroughly understand needs.
