Job Description - IT Support Administrator

Your new company
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving business in a newly created job role due to the expansion of the business.
This position will report to the Head of Services and would suit a proven business administrator with excellent IT skills, particularly Excel.

KEY VACANCY INFORMATION
Full time
Monday to Friday 37.5 hours
Based in Chesterfield , applicants will ideally live locally.
2 days working from home available
Generous benefits (annual company bonus and pension)
Salary guide £25,000 - £26000

Your new role
Working for a leading services provider in Chesterfield you will be part of a rapidly growing business. Due to sustained growth within the business a new position of Service and Support Administrator has been created to support the Admin Services Team.
This will be a busy role and the main purpose of the role will be to provide support to the wider business regarding Admin system requests, e.g. defects, access and change requests. Duties and responsibilities of the role are outlined below. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate upon application the ability to complete the duties of the role through prior experience.
- Support with business support queries, problem solving or put in place actions to escalate and resolve business system admin queries
-Manage access for staff to business applications, including new starters, leavers access changes
-Support with internal business audits
-General business support tasks

What you'll need to succeed
Our client is keen to appoint a candidate with the following qualities:
- The ability to demonstrate troubleshooting and an excellent record of delivering technical support
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to speak to all levels of staff within the wider business
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel
- Experience and knowledge of using service management systems to track and resolve service software tickets
- Experience of software support
