We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to become an integral part of their Operations team, providing essential on-site technical support. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain critical IT infrastructure, including servers, network appliances, and PCs.
• Provide expert technical support for manufacturing systems (MES) and corporate systems (Microsoft 365).
• Deliver exceptional helpdesk services, resolving incidents and fulfilling requests efficiently.
• Collaborate with the wider IT team to develop and implement innovative solutions.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of robust IT policies and procedures.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Proven IT support experience, particularly in infrastructure and IS systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to work shifts (continental shift pattern).
