If you're a skilled IT Engineer who is looking for a varied role within a company that will support your professional development then this job would be a good fit.

The primary focus of this role will be providing user support for the company's ERP system, Microsoft applications and Microsoft Windows. In addition to software support, the position will involve general network and server administration tasks, including making changes and additions to the company's WANs and LANs. The role will also require offering support across all aspects of the company's IT systems as needed.

The company have cemented themselves at the top of their industry through years of constant success and are now the suppliers for clients across the UK. They are now looking for an additional IT professional to join their growing team.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on problem solver with a passion for delivering high-quality technical work and outstanding customer service. You'll come with years of experience in a similar support role where you have been working on projects across the business, provided onsite support for all aspects of the company's IT systems and any other IT support function the company may require.

The Role

• Providing in house support for the IT systems
• You will perform network administration functions including, configuring, installing networking devices & client computers
• General network and server administration tasks such as making changes to the company's WANs & LANs
  

The Person

• IT Support experience
• Network and server administration experience such as working with WANs & LANs
• Strong communication skills
