IT Support and Operations - £40K

Our client is well regarded and growing software development firm and consultancy.

Offering flexible working in London, they’re looking to grow their IT Support and Operations function.

You’ll have the chance to work across Windows, Linux and MacOS (OSX), alog with networking and firewalls, Office 365 and Cloud, virtualisation and DevOps tech such as Docker and Ansible - A very varied role!

Requirements:

~2 3 years experience in a similar IT and Tech Support / Ops role
A good academic background would be ideal
Experience supporting Windows, Linux and Mac
Experience of networking, firewalls and routing
Good understanding of Office 365, Cloud and virtualisation
Excellent communication skills
Experience working directly with users
A good academic background would be ideal
Any experience of automation and IaC would be very advantageous – Terraform / Ansible etc
