Job DescriptionIT Support and Operations - £40KOur client is well regarded and growing software development firm and consultancy.Offering flexible working in London, they’re looking to grow their IT Support and Operations function.You’ll have the chance to work across Windows, Linux and MacOS (OSX), alog with networking and firewalls, Office 365 and Cloud, virtualisation and DevOps tech such as Docker and Ansible - A very varied role!If you’ve experience of technical support, enjoy working closely with users and want to join a growing, high achieving company - This is the opportunity for you!Requirements:~2 3 years experience in a similar IT and Tech Support / Ops roleA good academic background would be idealExperience supporting Windows, Linux and MacExperience of networking, firewalls and routingGood understanding of Office 365, Cloud and virtualisationExcellent communication skillsExperience working directly with usersA good academic background would be idealAny experience of automation and IaC would be very advantageous – Terraform / Ansible etc
