Your Role at a Glance
As an IT Support Assistant in our team, you will play a crucial role in scaling Olsam's technology department. Your main focus will be providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing system performance, ensuring minimal downtime and seamless technology operation, by working in collaboration with the Director of Engineering and other team members.
This role is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills, and a solid understanding of IT systems, who is excited to work in a fast-paced, growing start-up. You will directly impact Olsam’s growth, with opportunities to work on projects like building websites for our brands and improving development processes.

Part-time, 20 hours per week - 9 am to 1 pm (Mondays to Fridays)
