IT Support Engineer

IT Support Engineer required by an established company located in Horsham. The IT Support Engineer will travel to sites across the Southeast providing both remote and on-site support for end users across multiple offices.

A full UK driving license and a willingness to travel to sites across the Southeast is essential.

Key Experience

• Strong Windows 10/11 knowledge
• Hardware & software troubleshooting
• Installation and configuration of laptops and PCs
• Networking - TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP etc
• Good communication skills
• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel to different sites across the Southeast

Experience in any of the following areas would be advantageous but is not a prerequisite

• Office365
• Windows Server
• IT security knowledge
• Active Directory
