They are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join the team and help with IT support, testing, diagnostics and repairs.

IT Support Engineer Job Overview
* Complete testing and diagnostics on company product range.
* Communicate efficiently with customers and clients on the product.
* Offer an easy support line within the business and with clients outside of it.
* Conduct Q&As and surveys.
* Help with discussion on repairs and conduct repairs on products when needed.

IT Support Engineer Job Requirements
* Demonstrable experience in a support engineering role (Open to similar or transferable experience)
* Experience working in either 1st, 2nd or 3rd line support networking positions, will be considered.
* Good technology knowledge and experience - testing, diagnostics and repairs.
* Need to be very personable and good with customer and client communication.
* Based within a commutable distance of Stevenage, Hertfordshire.

IT Support Engineer Salary & Benefits
* Salary - £25,000 to £30,000 (Depending on experience, skill and current qualifications).
* Monday to Friday (09:00am to 17:00pm).
* On-site position.
* Holiday package.
* Pension scheme.
