Role: IT Support Engineer
Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne
Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE

Role responsibilities include:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT support inquiries.
• Play key parts in company projects.
• Deliver desktop and application support to both internal and external users.
• Efficiently manage support tickets, coordinating with third-party vendors when necessary.
• Set up and configure laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Quickly troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues.
• Install approved software and ensure system integrity.
• Keep detailed records of faults and their resolutions.
