IT Support Engineer

We're looking for a proactive IT Support Technician to join our small, friendly team in an Internal / On-Site Support capacity. This is a hands-on role supporting multiple departments and locations.

About the Role:

• Deliver 1st & 2nd Line IT support to users across the estate
• Troubleshoot and support a variety of systems and devices
• Assist with hardware and software projects, including installations and upgrades
• Support the maintenance and monitoring of networks, equipment audits, and workstation builds
• Help ensure compliance with GDPR, PCI DSS, and other regulatory standards

• Full UK driving licence required (travel between local sites)

Requirements:

• Windows Server
• Active Directory
• Switching
• Telephony
• EPOS systems

Important notes:

• This is a mostly office-based role; therefore, applicants must be willing to commute on a daily basis.
• Full driving license is required.
