We are currently seeking an IT Support Executive to join our team and help us tackle 1st and 2nd line technical issues, working for an internationally renowned manufacturer.

As an IT Support Executive, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure minimal downtime for our clients. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate with a talented team of IT professionals.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing first and second line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems in a timely manner.
• Escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams for further investigation.
• Documenting support procedures and maintaining accurate records of all support activities.
• To be successful in this role, you must have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.

Previous experience:

• First and second line experience with hardware.
• Microsoft office packages.
• Firewall/security set ups.
