Location: Maldon, Essex
Salary: Up to £36,000 DOE

The Role:

You'll be part of the Service Desk team providing remote technical support to a wide range of clients, as well as visiting client sites to deliver face-to-face support when needed. It's a varied, customer-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems and building relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1st and 2nd line support via phone, email, and remote tools
* Visit client sites to deliver hands-on IT support and troubleshooting
* Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
* Log, manage, and resolve tickets in a timely manner
* Assist with project work, installations, and system upgrades
* Deliver excellent customer service and build positive client relationships

About You:
* Previous experience in an IT support role (MSP experience desirable but not essential)
* Confident working on a service desk and comfortable in face-to-face support situations
* Good understanding of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
* Full UK driving licence (essential for client site visits)
* Keen to learn, with a genuine interest in developing your IT skills and gaining certifications
